CE Compliance

As of 16 July 2022, plant biostimulants and soil improvers may be placed on the market within the European Union under one of the following legal bases:

  1. national authorization (e.g. in Hungary, under the competence of NÉBIH), or

  2. CE marking in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/1009.

It is important to note that eligibility for agricultural support schemes (such as AKG or AÖP) applies exclusively to products authorized by the national authority.

Products marketed by Ecosy Basics Kft. are CE-marked plant biostimulants and soil improvers, which may be lawfully placed on the market in the Member States of the European Union in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/1009.

Ordering Information

The ordering process is always subject to written confirmation, which includes:

  1. confirmation of product type and quantity,

  2. applicable delivery terms,

  3. pro forma invoice or advance payment request.

Delivery is available within Hungary and to Member States of the European Union, subject to stock availability and destination.

Pricing and Invoicing

Ecosy Basics Kft. operates exclusively on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.
All orders are governed by the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code applicable to business contracts.

Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.
Complaints and quality claims may be submitted in writing after delivery, in accordance with the terms set out in the contract or written order confirmation.
